The "collar" of the evergreen coat is made using yew twigs. Arrange them around the upper edge of the Styrofoam bricks. A decorative ribbon or cord will hold them in place. Now place the planter - it doesn't need to be an attractive one - in the hollowed out space between the two bricks. All that's missing now is the poinsettia, which will be happy to be seen in its new coat of green.
